What I like: Good quality of the room, Marriott high standard. Fun to see a robot to clean the floor. What I don't like: There is no porter, but the receptionist helped me to bring my bag to my room even it is not her job. There is no mineral water in the room, had to get it downstairs.

You should have guests take a number or queue up for the shuttle. We were first in the lobby but others got on the shuttle before us and we had to wait. Your manager on duty was rude and unhelpful when we expressed concern that we might miss our flight waiting for the next shuttle.

We planned a family weekend in Los Angeles and I selected this hotel for the out of town folks. This was a great place to stay. It was convenient to the airport and the freeway. The staff was very helpful and friendly and the rooms were nice and big. My only complaint was about the parking. It is $54 a day for guests but $23.99 a day for airport parking. Most places give better rates to their customers.

They did not provide a wifi code. There was no template on the phone. Switches for light not on a wall. Some up on lamp some in weird location's. Tipped $5 for them to fix problems. Made 3 trips in lobby for assistance. The rooms are nice and clean.

Very convenient for an overnight stay after a long flight. Quiet, nice, large room with kitchen area. The free shuttle that runs 24 hours was another good reason to book this hotel.
