Close to where I needed to go. Pretty quiet neighborhood. Staff is exceptional. Hotel is old and in process of renovation but was still very clean and overall in great condition. Room and bathroom are very small but functional.

It's difficult to find a hotel that meets all of your needs however, I can say without hesitation that the Greenleaf Hotel does. Their personnel provided excellent service and were extremely helpful, and their coffee was delightful. Plus, the newly renovated rooms were cozy and trendy. If the need should ever arise again, I'd be more than happy to stay at the Greenleaf Hotel.

Business travelers looking for a place to stay need not look further than the Greenleaf Hotel. All rooms have been newly remodeled and are immaculate. Even more impressive is the helpful, friendly staff that makes guests feel right at home. From the front desk clerks to the cleaning crew, everyone does their part in making sure visitors have a pleasant experience.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised by the level of service and amenities. The hotel is perfect for business travelers with its 24/7 front desk and wonderful concierge service. The rooms are clean and comfortable, making it a great place to unwind after a long day. Although the hotel is not on the beach, it is located close to the beach and other attractions.

Staff was really pleasant and helpful. The room and bedding were clean. Older building and less modern so heating was not as efficient. Nice to have the electric heater. Room lighting too bright, softer yellow light would be better. I only stayed 1 night so it was manageable. I didn’t also expect much for the low rate but wasn’t pleased with the $25 added hotel surcharge for booking with Expedia.

Was looking for a hotel to stay in the night before my cruise. The room was quite basic but it was clean and everything and I didn't have any issues. I liked how there was always ice cold water in the lobby, and free kurig pods to make coffee in the morning. Nice areas nearby so it was a really good location and allowed me to explore Long beach just by walking. The staff were friendly!

The Greenleaf Hotel Long Beach Convention Center is a boutique gem of a hotel! The staff is exceptional and goes above and beyond to ensure that you have everything you need during your stay. The rooms have been recently remodeled and are very comfortable. Although there are no ocean views, the hotel is in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The coffee served in the lobby is also great!

My stay at the Greenleaf Hotel was amazing! The rooms were comfortable and stylish, and the coffee was excellent. I didn't have to worry about anything during my stay, as the hotel staff took care of everything. I would definitely stay here again on my next business trip to the area.

I’m claiming a refund because everything in your website was totally not true in reality. Dirty towels, no AC, small bed, no parking, charged for 25$ extra and noisy because of renovation s. One of my horrible experience ever I checked in 12 am and checked out 7am i wouldn’t actually spend any minute there if i wasn’t traveling and in need to sleep.Seriously i feel i got scammed and I’m not going to book anything through expida or even using it again; if you guys didn’t take any action.Thank you
