I loved the hotel! We even got upgraded to a room with air conditioning, which came with a ton of great amenities. The upgrade included lounge access, where we enjoyed sparkling water, evening snacks, and a continental breakfast in the morning. For just a $30 upgrade, it was an incredible deal compared to any hotel I've stayed at before.

The staff was very nice and friendly. I did not like the street or outside look of the hotel. The street smelled like dog pee from everyone in neighborhood walking their dogs, a few homeless people around, noise in the alley early morning, bed was not comfortable at all (needs better mattress). $300 was way too much for this room.

The room was clean and the surrounding area was beautiful. Everything is within walking distance. They have their own parking lot. The staff was very helpful.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Jay was very helpful and informed me of all the amenities the hotel had to offer. I was aware of the current reconstruction of the facility, however that was not an issue for me. Leo was also very helpful as well, helping me store my luggage for the day. — This place is a hidden gem! A place where I intend to come back to. I will say that the surrounding areas seem kind of sketchy, however they are located in a really great spot! Near a grocery store, I was also able to navigate public transportation super easy as well. The Pike Outlets and Convention Center is also a 15 minute walk away, which was nice. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Great staff!!

The hotel is situated in the heart of downtown Long Beach, surrounded by numerous cool hangout spots. They offered us an upgrade to their higher-tier rooms for just $30 plus tax, which included amenities like air conditioning and access to a lounge stocked with soft drinks and sparkling water, among other cool perks. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helped us choose excellent dinner spots. I'm grateful to Greenleaf employees for making my stay absolutely FANTASTIC.

When I say I have never been to a hotel cooler than this, I mean it. I was leaving for a cruise and needed a room for one night when I discovered the hidden gem of Long Beach. They offer numerous amenities, and the staff are incredibly friendly. I met a gentleman named Jay who was so attentive; he even inspected the room to ensure everything was perfect. They gave us the option to upgrade for a minimal cost, which we gladly accepted. The amenities were endless, and the lounge hooked me with its snacks, juices, morning sandwhiches, and much more. I will definitely return to stay here. Thank you, Jay, and thank you, Greenleaf, for making my stay excellent.

Good and clean place to stay but parking is a little inconvenient as it's over a block away and is shared with another hotel so if you get in late you may not get a parking spot. Nice room, clean and not much noise.

The guy in morning shee or something was very dull and did not seem to care so much about guest. But all the other staff were ssuper friendly. I normally stay at other hotels near by like the bestwestern but this is my new go to hotel. It is chic modern and has luxury touches with a lounge and continentel brekfast if you purchase the package. The lounge was nice to do work ands they have an amazing water machine that has diffrent flavors which i have never seen in my life, also they have free non alcholiuc beverages and in the evening they also have some snacks. Just for $160 this is worth much more then marriotts

Staff was friendly. Hotel lounge was worth the upgrade for $25 you get amazing drinks and prepackegd breakfast which was good. The crossaints are nice.

Overall, my experience was good. Staff is super nice and friendly. Only issue I do have is that there is no landline phone available in the rooms nor is there one available in the front lobby. I had visited a friend who just recently moved to that area and so I lost my phone while I was out there visiting and didn't realize it till late at night and so I was without any way of being able to make any calls or get a hold of anybody . I did Go to the front lobby to ask if I may borrow their front desk phone so I may call my friend to see if I had left my phone with her. But I was informed by staff that due to their policy they are unable to make outside calls from their only landline phone. Which part of me understands policies and protocols. However, it is not a good nor safe idea that there is no available land line for guests to have access to. The staff was apologetic about the issue and did bring it up to their Management, But it was a bit unsettling to be in a unfamiliar new area with no Access to a phone. To be fair, they did let me use the computer that was in their lobby area and I was able to print directions to my friend's house in that area in case it was needed for the next day. But other than that the stay was nice. Staff is very super friendly. I will say parking is a pain. Their parking structure is about a 3 to 5 minute walk that is shared by another hotel.

The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly, always greeting us warmly and offering assistance. Securing a parking pass was well worth the extra fee, especially since finding parking at night proved challenging. The parking lot was just 1.5 blocks away, which wasn't too inconvenient. The only drawback was a persistent humming noise, possibly from an electrical box, which bothered my wife enough to describe it as "pressure." Personally, it didn't bother me much, and we both managed to sleep soundly regardless. We were impressed with the excellent room service and the daily cleaning of our room. Overall, our stay was enjoyable, and if we return to Long Beach, the Greeleaf Hotel will certainly be our first choice.

I recently had a wonderful stay at the Green Leaf Hotel. Jay at the front desk was extremely helpful and cheerful, quickly checking me in. The services were top-notch, and I loved the upgrade for just $20.I also received a lot of snacks and complimentary packaged breakfast snacks . Completely worth every penny! very amazing hotel and very cute rooms and staff are so generous and helpful.
