"Lovely, helpful team, fab breakfast and very comfortable room "

"We cannot fault this hotel. The staff were attentive, polite and helpful. The room was well lit, adequate power sockets and overlooked Broad Street. There was a reasonable bar menu and the breakfast was excellent. There was parking around the west side of the building. The Winter/Spring price was reasonable but it can more than double in high season."

"Lovely hotel. Clean and comfortable. Had an issue with heating in the from and they solved it promptly. Staff were informative and helpful and friendly. Rooms and bathrooms were large and clean. Shower was excellent. Would recommend. "

"Building has lots of character and a friendly cat! Staff all very nice, room large and comfy bed. Shower a little low and weak but large bathroom. Great breakfast cooked to order. "

"The staff were very helpful and welcoming on arrival. I had a comfortable and clean room. I had a good bathroom with good lighting and a good shower door so no water leaking out onto the floor which can often happen in hotels. The breakfast was good. So I enjoyed my stay. Thank you to the staff and I will book again to stay here when in the Taunton area. "
