"Overall service was excellent. However, there are just 2 restaurants. While only 1 serve dinner during weekday. The restaurant name steak and bone, yet there isn’t really steak. It seems to be over price. I stay at floor 11 (closely highest floor) below either fountain or kids water play ground and it is so noisy at night. I was told that it will turn off at night, but all night long can hear the water that comes can’t sleep well. Another thing, the room temp can be set @22C. But it is so...

"Clean room & breakfast is ok"

"In the middle of nowhere, a trap ,overpriced and inedible dinner"

"This resort was one of the overall nicest properties we’ve ever stayed. The grounds were clean and well cared for the staff was super friendly and inviting if you needed something, the beaches were amazing. I would highly recommend this property for anybody to stay. Make sure your driver will take you into town for groceries because when we were there, the restaurant had limited hours and was not open past 2 PM"

"poor staff services"

"Location staffs foods are great love to come back"

"Great room for vacation"

"This is our third stay with Erica’s House. Block C - was clean and we had a microwave. Rented motorbike through them as well. Pool still closed on Tuesdays. Keep your thongs with you at the pool, our thongs went missing - not sure if someone took them accidentally or not."

"The interior and items in the room—such as the towels, pillows, and bed linens—look old."

"Location is great and convenient and the price is right but not for couple to relaxation hihi"

"Staff was welcoming and got us access to our room right away. Room was well taken care of and clean. Very spacious with great views. Hotel was in a great location for food and entertainment. Would recommend."

"My go to stay in ba ria. Clean and friendly staff"

"The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is buffet style unless there are too few guests in which case you get menus. It's old fashioned style hotel and it does show its age in the rooms. Rooms are generally clean although the carpet could use a good cleaning. I'm trying not to be too critical. The hotel is in a perfect location near the beach and the Lotte Mart supermarket is a 10-15 minute walk away. I would stay here again."

"Very good hospitality, staff are very friendly and helpful. Whole facility are nice and quiet."
