"the facility is excellent, had stayed there before and really liked it, but this time the staff was often gone. only a maid there to check us in, so she had to keep calling the manager. we arrived hot and tired but there was a power outage and no generator, so quite miserable. I made a mistake with my reservation, but again she had to call the manager to get an upgrade. Also we were often locked in or out and couldn't get in or out without major difficulty."

We arrived at the villa address as show on the booking info, but the property manager took us to a much smaller villa instead with reasoning our booking price of $300 for two nights are too low for the property listed. Both villas were so dirty and smelly. If travel with children or looking forward to relax in a private swimming pool then stay away, the pools from both villas are not a real swimming pool, it’s just a portable water container that will fit about 3 kids. ...

"takes sometime to check in but we are the only guest at the check in counter. they gave us the wrong room no as per booking and they need to rearrange again. check in process consider very slow unable to multi task. the floor is oil for no reason at the lobby and also in the room. but they have a water dispenser for refill which a bonus.
