I made a mistake with my reservation, but again she had to call the manager to get an upgrade. Also we were often locked in or out and couldn't get in or out without major difficulty."

"The actual Oceanami resort is a completely difference experience than what's portrayed on Orbitz and the resort's website. During our December 2017 stay, about half of the property was under construction, including villas, beach club (which is part of the property name), 3 of 5 restaurants, spa, and areas next to the pool (the swim-up bar). "This is one of the new hotel/apartment/property in Vung Tau so everything is still new, clean and fresh! The pool for the kids on the 5th floor is very nice and big. There is a convenient store right down stairs and a big parking lot for the cars. "

"It is a small hotel with a small pool (which became too crowded during peak hours with kids) and is within walking distance to the beach. It has a restaurant that caters three meals a day and is quite good. Meal selections are mostly Vietnamese. We booked one night to get away from the noisy and crowded Vũng tàu beaches and will consider returning. "
