The grounds were clean and well cared for the staff was super friendly and inviting if you needed something, the beaches were amazing. I would highly recommend this property for anybody to stay. "Iconic Long Hai is one of the better properties located in Long Hai. Staff are friendly, rooms are clean with the exception of the grout inside the shower. The bed are comfortable, however the luggage rack are design more for just carry on luggage’s. If you bring a large luggage, it will not fit. Breakfast buffet only available on the weekends or whenever they have high occupancy; otherwise, there’s an à la carte menu. The breakfast is decent. At night time, they close the garage door, so if you drive a vehicle, it can be a little bit of an inconvenience . You personally have to go to the front desk to let them know that you either want to enter or exit the garage. At night time, they do try to save electric by having the lights turn off in the lobby. They have the lights turn off in rooms corridor as well, which can be dangerous. Checking out was simple. The don’t hold any credit card for incidental , so they have someone check your room before leaving. One thing, I felt that was odd, is the front desk is very concern with returning the room keys. Most hotels I stay at, they don’t really care if the guest return the room keys or not, especially if it’s a five or four star property. Overall, I would return, it’s just now I know what to expect."

"I had an amazing time at the resort. Beautiful views and great customer service. Room is clean and carefully designed with thoughtful touches . Appreciate that! I wish that we have more restaurants offering different cuisines like Japanese, Italian, Mexican, Korean, etc. We should also have Happy Hours for the bar by the pools/ beach . Also, adding more music entertainments , wine events, social events for family gatherings a few days a week would be interesting. Will come back!"

Will need to walk quite a distance to get to a nearby one which isn’t even suitable for swimming. One star deducted for the rooftop swimming pool closing too early at 6PM which is when most guests are getting back to their rooms after exploring the city or whatever activities."
