Apartment was very clean and comfortable. We loved the location, and the manager Peleg was very gracious and could not have been more helpful.

liked the large apartment but the some conditions were not good. Only 1 spoon, only2bath towels and one hand towel for 3 nights. The bathtub was ancient and slippery never brought bath mat which they said they would along with more towels. Nothing to wipe kitchen with other than a dirty sponge. One dish towel. Rug in living area dirty. Mold and mildew in bathroom-needs some serious remodeling. Kitchen was newer but no instructions for dishwasher and only 2 glasses. No dishcloths. Bed was a queen size--had asked for 2 twins. almost 3 full flights of stairs up to apartment. Liked the spaciousness and location was great.

Brilliant location for a London visit

The actual property is fine if not as good as the picture but they tried to cancel 48 hours before our arrival. We did sort that out after some heated discussions. Directions to the apartment were not good. We were not met as agreed. Again these issues were overcome after a few phone calls. There are 3 flights of steep stairs to the apartment. Not a problem for us but it should be indicated in the description as we could have been old or infirm.
