위치, 시설 모두 만족스럽지만 반지하라 지나가는 사람들에게 방이 보여요... 그리고 수건은 5박에 4장 제공, 휴지도 1롤 제공하고 다시 안 주네요.. 여러모로 최악이었습니다.

Pour un couple avec un enfant l'appart était impeccable, bien agencé et équipé avec ce qu'il faut. L'emplacement est top aussi pas loin des commodités et de la rue marchande. Juste un petit commentaire par rapport au lit: le matelas était un peu creux au milieu.

Heating and hot water not working. Information tablet not charged, no charger available to recharge and therefore not able to access information. When trying to contact help line, person on the end of the phone of number given number didn't even know what country, let alone city or flat that call was being made about. Flat cold, dark and damp, not flat as seen in pictures. Very disappointing stay. if this was a product bought from a shop I would return it to get money back.

Be cautious before you book with thesqua.re as they are responsible for a huge loss to my company. We had booked the apartments for our clients through Expedia the travel agent portal. The apartment was originally booked for Cleveland . However , we were later informed by David on 19th June that there is no water supply in the entire building and as per the Building Management and the contractors, this is a major issue and will take time for the repairs “. As an alternate they had provided an apartment which is supposedly “ premier “ Lexcion Apartment which was 2.3 miles away. I wasn’t in favor of this and said that I would get back to you after checking with the client. We requested David to send pictures so that the client be updated on this last minute change. After checking with the client she wasn’t convinced and happy about the last minute change and requested for apartments within Marylebone , Oxford Area. Couple of hours later sends another email informing us that the problem is now resolved . So we are back to square one . The original booking at Cleveland. Surprising that the work which was supposed to take sometime got resolved in a couple of hours . Anyways , to another surprise yet in store the rooms allotted were in different wings. We had a confirmation from David stating that the rooms would be in the same wing. Moreover we were in store for bigger surprises, one of the rooms allotted was at the basement level which had filthy stagnant water

Booked an apartment with city view for 5 nights, was allocated a basement apartment :(. Contacted management of the issue and I was advised there was no apartment available with city view. Interior of apt was OK but we had issue with the heater being constantly on in the living room and our stay was at the end of May, so already quite warm in London, meaning every night we came home to a sauna. Management provided us with fans but it would have been much better if we could just turn off the gas . Do not book for 3 adults if you care about comfort, as the third adult will be left sleeping on a pallet fold out bed with a very thin mattress. Management brought us a second mattress, but the 3rd adult ended up sleeping on the couch pillows. We stayed for 5 nights and management would not bring us fresh toiletries/toilet paper without an extra charge. We are aware this is not a hotel, but 2 rolls of toilet paper for 3 adults and a couple of small containers of shower gel is not enough for 5 days.

Cleveland residences is ideally located for ease of access to tube travel (Goodge st a few mins away) and Tottenham court road about a 10 min walk. Plenty to eat around the corner on Charlotte street. Location A1! The apartment was a good size for London apartments. The couch was a tad dirty/showed wear and tear and needs a new cover. Apart from that the apartment was very clean and tidy. Good cooking kitchen facilities and central heating.

Lontoolaisittain tilava huoneisto, jossa erinomainen keittiö ja todella tilava makuuhuone. Kellarikerroksessa valitettavasti näkymät eivät olleet kummoiset, ja laajennustilaan rakennettu kylpyhuone/WC oli kylmä. Tilat olivat muuten hyvin varusteltu, mutta mausteita oli minimaalisesti ja wc-paperiakin vain kaksi rullaa. Nämä puutteet on toki helppo korjata "omaan laskuun" lähialueen kaupasta. Sijainti on loistava ja alue silti rauhallinen. Tiski- ja pesukoneet mahdollistavat vaivattoman "kodinomaisen" oleskelun lomallakin.

Perfekt område att bo i för en weekend i London. Minus att det skulle vara en lägenhet med city view men vi hamnade under marknivå utan någon utsikt alls. Vardagsrummet/köket var det en sopstation precis utanför fönstret så det gick inte ens att ha uppdragna persienner. Det kändes som att de som höll på bland sopporna var inne i lägenheten eftersom de var precis vid fönstret och allt hördes. Lite klaustrofobi att bo utan utsikt alls.

Bel appartement. Très bien placé. 2 seuls défauts tout à fait supportable : Trop de portes aux débattements peu pratiques et nous etions en cours anglaise ce sui n'est pas le top. Belle terrassse sur le toit.

We would absolutely stay here again. Great location, relatively quiet street, so clean, looked newly renovated, close to Goodge Station, great wi-fi, great restaurants and pubs nearby, safe neighborhood, spacious apartment, easy self check-in, great value for the money, washer, iron, and kitchen amenities were great. Heat was easy to adust. Lovely place to stay. Highly recommend. We didn't require any additional help during our stay. 2 complaints. We were not informed about it being a basement apartment. However, huge windows, so it wasn't dark. Also, the mattress needs to be replaced. It's very uncomfortable.

The photo of the living area of the apartment is deceptive and does not accurately show the actual room layout. The two person dining table is shown behind the sofa which would occupy about half the available space in the room. The 'boiler' work well for providing hot water but is worthless for heating the space. Living/dining area is very cramped. Sofa is very uncomfortable. Bathroom is adequate - seems like a dedicated shower would be better that shower/tub combination. Bedroom is spacious and has plenty of storage.

Staff stole our food and management did not compensate. Basically a fraud. I tried to get a credit. Will Expedia do something? Only food stuff for 10 GBP, but still! Prior to that we were moved around like a bag of potatoes. Expedia should kick them out!
