Not worth GBP 300/night
1. Door at the original room did not function properly.
2. Nobody at the reception answered my call despite repeated attempts.
3. Hotel room service sent a handyman to check at 22:00 and the handyman confirmed that the door couldn't be fixed.
4. Room service transferred my case to the reception and a manager called "Apo" appeared to have no clue what's going on. I had to explain the whole situation to him again and he said the hotel had no extra room at the moment.
5. The manager came over to my room and, after a brief checking, confirmed that there would be security issues with the door, so he arranged another room on a lower level for us which was supposed to have "better view".
6. We packed our luggage and moved to another room at around 22:45.
7. The new room was quite dark as there was no lamp on the desk.
8. The manager said he could only arrange for a new lamp to be installed the next day as "there was nothing he could do".
9. After further negotiation, the manager said he found a replacement lamp.
10. The manager and his colleague came over to install the lamp, with little to say more than "we apologise".
For the price of close to GBP 300/night, I think the hotel failed to live up to expectation. There are plenty of nicer hotels with better services for this price level. No next time.

1. The safe in the new room doesn't work (there is no way we can enter a new passcode).
2. The toilet is clogged.
