Flat very well placed. But comfort is mediocre. The matresses are not very good, the cupboards are broken etc. We got our keys rather late but the staff was very kind.

Good location for solo travelers or couples

This flat is in a great location and it was more than enough for what I needed as a solo traveler. I was really happy with the communication I had with the company and getting access to it. Just one issue I have to make note off. I had no warning about construction being done in the floor above me. With jet lag I slept in my first night and to my surprise I was woken up by some very loud noises coming from above. A heads up would have been appreciated. Other than that the place is good and worth the stay.

Liked - Close to Paddington and Edgeware road train stations. Shopping and dining easy to access. Had a stove, Microwave and washer. Sheets and towels were clean. Did not like - Fruit flies (gnats) in the kitchen and sitting area. Bathroom had lots of hair spread over from previous occupants. Bathroom door would not close (stuck). Main door was stuck too and had to yank really hard to close. Noisy until approx. 3AM. Needs a thorough professional cleaning.
