A bit tired with grubby public areas. The sheets were clean however the bed was very uncomfortable. Good location

Disappointed

Yea chose the biggest room for my family staying. But the photos in the web is so different from real! So dirty and bad. Well..at least the toilet is acceptable. Long staircase and no way to lift up to the room at all!

Self-check in, mould at the end of the bed in the sheets, cracks in walls, floors unswept, smelt of smoke upon entry (despite being a non-smoking hotel), found a bug on the towels, mould around the window, safety lock on window broken, door could be easily pushed open if not locked

Disgusting and horrible place to stay

The apartment that we stayed was not fit for purpose. Just to mention some of the problem we faced was: -The shower is blocked; -Towel holder is broken; -Toilet paper holder is broken; -Microwave and fridge are dirty -The curtains are disgusting...

Laundry facilities were a plus and a few shops in the area. I had an issue which was addressed the next day so communication was good. Room was tidy but small and the tv was placed on the wall at an angle which made it hard to watch. It had a faint scent of cigarette. Good for an overnight stay only.
