Wonderful quiet location, beautiful grounds adjacent to beach, a legendary hotel.

We loved this hotel and the location, yeah there are a few steps but worth every one to sit on your balcony and admire the view and relax. The ROM was nice too, very traditional and a decent size. The pool area is great too, lovely big pool was well kept gardens surrounding it. We didn't eat at the hotel apart from breakfast but that was good for what we wanted which was a fresh omelette but there was other choices too. Lombok Plaza Hotel is the best But room not to big

My stay at Ambary House was everything I'd hoped for and more. Mr. Hadyan, the manager was extremely helpful and got in touch with me much before our stay to ensure everything was in order and offered his assistance with booking the fastboat to gili trawangan. He coordinated everything brilliantly. Mr.Arief was equally helpful right from the time we disembarked from our fastboat up until we left Ambary House. Stayed at this hotel while spending 3 days at Gili Air. It's an eco friendly hotel with comfortable rooms, friendlt staff and a calm atmosphere. The room was clean, with an outdoor private bathroom (which was actually fun) and decent air con. Would definitely stay here again

The hotel is literally a minutes walk away from the harbour. The room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms surround a small pool however we didn’t use it given we were there to enjoy the beautiful beaches and snorkelling but it was all nicely laid out. The complimentary breakfast was also very nice.

Good place to stay. Only 10 min walk from The bars and nightlife. Staff was helpfull. Room was clean, but The bed was a bit hard.
