Great service

This is an amazing hotel with a beautiful outlook onto the sea and Bali in the distance. The staff was extremely good in all ways, very attentive (eg providing iced water by the pool without being asked) and the food was excellent. We were there to relax, and that is exactly what we did.

Amazing rooms. Amazing breakfast and dinner options. Definitely a five star resort. Also really easy to get to the airport (took me 20mins when I left at 7am).

Amazing hotel. Beautiful place in secluded relaxing area of Lombok. Rooms were stunning and the staff were super friendly and helpful! Can’t recommend enough hoping to come back soon!

Where to start...the views are incredible, villa is beautifully designed, delicious food and great staff. The property itself doesn't have the best connectivity phone/ internet. There is some construction going on but we didnt notice much from our villa. As this is still in pre opening I can only imagine the full potential of this place.

The swell villa was really beautiful, well equipped and clean. We relaxed there for 2 days after a lot of travelling around Indonesia. The restaurant is excellent and f&b generally very good indeed. The staff are clearly well knitted team and knew what they were doing. The setting for the restaurant is very pretty. They do need to do something with housekeeping. The turn down service did not do much. We did get the pool cleaned as on arrival it was cloudy. We asked for daily pool...

Fantastic Hotel with 37 rooms spread throughout extensive, well kept gardens. Hotel is full of character buildings, curios and statues, harking back to an ancient Indonesia. Food was great. Staff were excellent, very friendly and extremely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Everyone knew our names and our preferences - a truly lovely personal service. Really impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel, the grounds and the beach. Loved the close proximity to nature - butterflies, birds...

From the moment we were collected from the airport we knew we were in safe hands. Cold towel and water upon arrival and even wifi for the car journey to the hotel made the long journey bearable! The rest of the 4 days were amazing, from trekking to waterfalls, to swimming with turtles and even feeding the Angel fish over on the Gili Islands were experiences we'll treasure forever. amazing hotel with the best sunset view. unlike other hotels in Senggigi or at the same line that the beach so crowded with public visitor or lots of coral, at this hotel I feel like I own the beach privately and also safe free worrie to swim

Had an amazing stay at The Sira, Lombok. The resort is absolutely beautiful, with stunning views, elegant rooms, and a peaceful atmosphere that made it easy to relax. Highly recommend The Sira to anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable stay in Lombok.
