"We really enjoyed our stay at Lavella. The personnel is lovely and always willing to help. The room was comfortable and clean. It was also pretty quiet given the accommodation is far from the busy roads. It's approximately at 7min from the main street where you can find the restaurants and shops which is doable but something to take into account if you were not planning to walk a lot. If you have a scooter then it's very easy. "

"Value for money wasn't there. Despite being on the cheaper end of hotels in Kuta, my stay was not an enjoyable one. The main reasons for this; the shower leaked continuously; the bathroom door didn't close; tv didn't work as advertised; AC barely made a difference. On the positive side the hotel is; in a good location; sheets were clean; staff were quick and friendly. "
