"Room floors were dirty and lobby floors"

"Room was very clean but a little dated. Breakfast was okay for a Continental. One of the staff was taken care of the breakfast, He was very helpful . I didn’t care much for the coffee. It was not brewed. It was liquid flavored coffee with hot water mix. I bought coffee elsewhere. There was no one at the front desk most of the time with the front doors locked. They were out working elsewhere in the hotel. If you rang for them , they come immediately, I guess they were short on staff. I would stay here again."

"This was my second stay at their hotel. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Everything was great but I still wish they put in bath tub mats. I had to lay a hand towel in the tub so I wouldn’t slip and fall. Other than that, I really like this hotel."

"Bathtub was completely delaminated. Sheets had holes in them. Pool was green. Room was musty. Not appropriately described on Expedia. Beware of ratings."
