Staff was helpful and friendly.

Front desk was very friendly, helpful, and attentive. Great location in the midst of Times Square. I shared a King "Deluxe" room with my mom. The room and bathroom are very small. Just enough space for the bed itself. Was also charged a "facilities/resort fee" for amenities like internet. I guess it's worth the price for Times Square, but anywhere else would not cut it.

Great location, the rooms are wedges between the backs of buildings so they have tiny windows with brick wall views. No rooftop terrace or nice restaurant on site. Gym is extremely basic. For a Sofitel, I expected more.

Great convenient area; rooms were modern and updated. Very nice.

Room was clean but very small, hotel is located in a great area both safety and convenience wise. Great affordable hotel for visitors that plan on spending no time besides sleeping and getting ready in.
