"Hotel Warner met our needs. The location was perfect, the room was clean and the staff was very nice. We arrived on a cold snowy day earlier than check in time. I inquired about being permitted to park until check in and was offered an alternative parking across the street ($5 per day) or to leave our vehicle in the adjacent garage ($25 per day). The clerk also immediately checked us in, which was wonderful and saved time later. Our only hiccup was our remote control went missing after housekeeping cleaned the room and the front desk couldn't replace, but honestly, the trip wasn't about watching TV in the room. Too many things to do!"
