"The property is beautiful, staff was very friendly and more than helpful when asked for directions. I forgot a toothbrush and they brought one to the room (free of charge). Rooms and bathrooms are very comfortable and luxurious, great toiletry options and great in-room coffee. Amenities on site are excellent. The restaurant was great, the beverage options in the lobby are wonderful. Hotel location is excellent, right next to Union Station and easy to walk through downtown. "

"The checkin process was quick and easy. The noise level within the rooms was low given that the hotel sits at a major intersection of train, pedestrian and vehicle traffic. The room amenities were wonderful. The tv swiveled to face the bed. They’d really thought through the design of their smaller pullman car rooms. I’d love to go back someday! "

"Everything in the room was new and there were lots of supplies in the kitchen which would be nice if we were cooking. Some things to note is that although the room was new, i question how long some of these will stay that way as it ages. The studio room we got was also quite small. it was difficult to find places to open our luggage for three persons with the sleeper sofa open. Pros: New, clean, modern feel.
