"A very informal AirBNB in enormous family home. Hosts were very friendly, informal and keen to help. Full Breakfast was fabulous - I haven't seen a Hostess Trolley since 1983 and the croissant and granola yoghurt were lovely! Bed was very cosy and view from window stunning. Short walk or drive up to the rocks. On the negative side, en suite shower/loo/sink is very small and some of its finishes could be quite a bit better. Renovation is obviously still a work in progress, especially outside....
"A lovely, peaceful stay with gracious and friendly hosts who were always happy to help out if needed. Nice clean linen and towels and a nice modern bathroom. Breakfast was delicious each morning. "

"Wonderful stay at Pale Hall Hotel. Beautiful and comfortable room. Warm and welcoming staff. Excellent dining options - a tasting menu / fine dining or a bar menu. Both served in a beautiful dining room. We had the bar menu and it was wonderfully cooked.
Morning breakfast was perfect and a small gift of water and cookies for our journey much appreciated. We would highly recommend this hotel. "
"we were greeted very warmly and immediately had the feelling that nothing would be too much trouble. Not one single member of staff was unhelpful and, in fact, went out of their way to ensure we were happy. The receptionists were all "doing a proper job" but the main receptionist was born to do that job. She was just lovely. The food was an added bonus."
