"I had completed the online check-in process the previous evening, and my booking had been confirmed. This stay was not a routine reservation; it was carefully planned to celebrate my husband’s birthday, for which he had travelled from London. Being informed of the cancellation less than one hour before our arrival is completely unacceptable and has caused significant disruption. The manner in which this situation has been handled strikes me as highly unprofessional. A cancellation at such short notice, despite prior confirmation and completed check-in, suggests a serious failure in your booking management. It is difficult not to conclude that the hotel may have overbooked and attempted to justify this with an inadequate explanation."

Young lady on breakfast provided an excellent service, although tables not cleaned, no cutlery, napkins, cups or glasses. Had to ask for everything. Really understand why the Premier Inn and Ramada was full, definitely better planning next time and look at reviews. "
