"The hotel is superb. Only one year old and beautifully decorated and furnished. The rooms are really well designed and very elegant. The staff are phenomenal, professional and very welcoming. The location is perfect, walking distance to Liverpool One shopping complex and the Albert Docks and also to Liverpool Cathedral. I can totally recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to have a special experience during their visit to Liverpool."
"Superb standard of rooms with fantastic sumptuous decor. A gem in the city right on a road with all of the coolest restaurants too..staff top notch, friendly and helpful. Cannot fault this hotel and we will be back. "
"Very welcoming and convenient. Very comfortable bed and lovely and quiet, considering where it is.
There is only one minor disadvantage and that is that I don’t feel their dining room is not big enough to accommodate everyone for breakfast. People were waiting, plates ran out, etc. The layout could do with some thought - the food was excellent, however, and the staff welcoming and polite. "

10/10 Excellent
"The hotel was extremely spacious, the service first class and the rooms were the best we have ever stayed in."
"This is a lovely hotel with friendly, helpful staff. The rooms are clean and well kept. The breakfast has a great choice and hot food English breakfast is well cooked. It can be busy but a wait for more food or a seat is not too long. The tables were cleaned quickly and the staff working here were all pleasant and helpful. The hotel is well situated for going into the shopping area. Plenty of choice for eating, drinking close by and in the shopping area. Not far from China town. We were there 2 days and room service did come to the room but we said it was not needed. Again really friendly staff. From check in to check out a great place. Thank you very much for our stay. "
"We were very lucky to be upgraded at check in to an executive room.... Not sure why we deserved it but were very grateful for a very nice, spacious room. Lovely comfy bed, great shower with toiletries. Great location for walking to bars, restaurants and Liverpool One. Staff were really pleasant on both check in and check out and offered to store our bags if we needed too. Would definitely come back. Thank you for a lovely stay "
