Ideal location
This apartment was ideal for us, it is central near to the station, shops and bars. Its close to the adalphi hotel. Very clean and has everything you need
The property was perfect for what we needed. Close to things we wanted to see and do, quiet and comfortable. However, the check in instructions were really unclear and I was scrabbling to send ID and payment details whilst travelling up to the property as this had not be requested and it wasn't until I called to ask for check in details that I was told this was needed. This should be made much clearer.

The stay was good. The apartment is clean and well kept. Minor items needed tended to including the toilet paper rack which appeared broken and hung down from the wall and the toilet seat that was not attached properly and slid when anyone used the restroom. Also, the amenities mentioned included a dryer but the site had only a washing machine. Other than that, it is in good shape and located close to the city center.
An excellent property. Close to Liverpool city centre

Was advertised as having a dryer which is the ONLY reason we booked here. Upon arrival no dryer was to be found.
Be sure to ask for specific information about what is needed before access codes are given for admission to the premises.
Few dining choices in the immediate area, you need to walk a least 1/2 a mile for other options. Staff are hard to get a hold of unless you call and incur international phone charges. Would NOT stay here again not recommend it.

We would not book again
We were apprehensive about our stay because of the high damage bond and we had read reviews that people hadn’t got it back.
We were therefore careful to document all the damaged items on our arrival and found the duvet in a terrible state. It was replaced but even that one was bloodstained.
The standard of cleaning was poor but the fixtures and fittings were modern. Little things like the bin lid not closing, dirty microwave, bleach on the towels and strong odour from the fridge let it down.
This is a remote booking property and we found cigarette ends, broken glass, cans and litter outside the front door. Nobody supervises entry or the guests whilst at the property and our second night was noisy with loud music playing in one of the rooms in the early hours.
We would not book again.

Great location and lovely apartment
Hi, only real issue was the broadband speed which was woefully slow - less than 2Mb - it could barely refresh a text web page.
Small issue - the bin in the kitchen - the lid wouldn’t stay down.
