"Spacious, modern, and clean. Very convenient location though parking is a 5 minutes walk at a parking garage that is super tight for larger cars. Expect noise until late at night since it is in the cavern quarters."

"The apartment was quite central and only a 5 mins walk into the office. The place was clean and easy to access. The staff were amazing from the moment i booked the apartment to check out and a courtesy call after to make sure that they appreciate the booking. Definitely a place to stay again "

Accommodation clean but looking a bit tired with cracked floor tiles, holes in doors, balcony was slippery and in need of some repairs, stained carpets, dripping tap and broken blinds, but nothing to stop us enjoying our stay."

"This is the second time my friends and I have stayed at Cook Street. It’s a great place to base yourself as it’s in the city centre so you can walk to most attractions. The apartments are very clean, spacious and ideal for a city centre stay. The discounted Q-Park Car Park is a 5 minute walk from the apartment and was less than £10 for 24 hours. We will be looking to book again on our next trip. Highly recommended. "

"The property was perfect for what we needed. Close to things we wanted to see and do, quiet and comfortable. However, the check in instructions were really unclear and I was scrabbling to send ID and payment details whilst travelling up to the property as this had not be requested and it wasn't until I called to ask for check in details that I was told this was needed. This should be made much clearer."

"Overall a really nice property. Very spacious and it was very clean. Location is great. Lacks a bit of coziness with the excess of white walls and lack of natural light. Room for improvement - the sofa bed in the living room only comfortably seats 3 people- we were a party of 5 so two were sitting on dining chairs. It’s also not suitable as a bed for 2 people. It’s very uncomfortable as a sofa bed with the line down the middle and not very stable. My 7 and 13 year old struggled on it so adults...

"Only two negatives : Needs black out blinds woke early as too bright. Beds arnt the comfiest , I sleep on a flat bed settee so the crease was in my bad and so uncomfortable and flat/hard & pillows were useless, not comfy On the plus : Clean , modern , bathroom nice and warm (radiator constantly on in there ) . Nice neutral decor . Well equipped kitchen , clean fluffy towels , hairdryer/iron/fan . Host was attentive ,very helpful told us to call if any problems , answered phone every time....
