Important things for me were breakfast included, no additional fees for a car parking and airport shuttle. This hotel has all I needed. First impression. Ladies at reception were great, very friendly and helpful answered all my questions about shuttle. I booked 2 rooms and both were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was better than I expected. Overall, if I have to go to pick up a friend or family member at O'hare airport, I shall stay here again."
