"Ver nice resort,great food , nice pool and view,but room smelled of mildew and windows painted shut so no access to fresh air"

"Older hotel. Although our over all stay was good there are a few things that need to be attended to. The door to our room was very tight and hard to open. You had to kick it to get it to open. The clock in the room didn’t work. Our room was not cleaned the next day and when I called the desk they said you have to request a cleaning and get on the cleaning list. The next day by 2 PM it was not cleaned. I called the desk again and ask if we were still on the list to be cleaned that day and they said yes we were. Later that evening when we returned from dinner the room had not been cleaned and when I called a third time they said we were on the list and they didn’t know why the room was not cleaned. We were never told that we had to get on a cleaning list when we checked in."

"Front desk staff was helpful and friendly. There were a few problems with our room. * The bathroom electrical outlet wasn't working * The shower doors were hung incorrectly * The room was missing a chair that was the same room on another floor * The breakfast ends way too early. If you're there on vacation, sometimes it's hard to get down there by 9 am. * The coffee bar was a nice touch * The TV was hard to figure out"

"The room walls were dirty, there were spots everywhere. The shower stall had water leak through the lighting fixture when someone took a shower in the room above us. No fan in the bathroom. The floors were sticky all over. Basically the whole building was dirty. Only one ice machine in the whole place on the first floor that was so dirty and was falling apart, screw missing and cracked front. We have stayed at many Wyndham hotels all over Florida, so this location was very disappointing. If I were Wyndham, I would not want my name associated with this location."

"Nice Property, walking distance to Medical center next door where my mother was having a procedure. Clean room, nice beds sheets, and Friendly Staff. The Free morning coffee was not very tasteful and could use improvement in quality."

"So welcoming to pets and for once, a very reasonable cost to include them. Thank you for that. Very roomy and comfortable room and beds. Will use you in the future."

"Clean place to stay, plenty of parking and very close to restaurants and stores. We only stayed one night but will definitely book them again when we are back in the area. "

"Room was spacious and clean - everything up to date for a 20 year old hotel. Great location near Lake Sumter downtown. Good restaurant and outdoor pool and hot tub were very clean. Would highly recommend."

"TRUST THE REVIEWS THAT SAY THE ROOMS STINK. It smelled like musty rotten feet coming from the air conditioning unit the entire time. Once we got into our room I looked at the reviews and soooo many mentions of awful smells I wish I would’ve seen before. Room and lobby were clean. Staff was friendly. But the smell is unbearable. Highly recommend staying elsewhere."
