This hotel, at first glance, seems very nice. But it seriously lacks some of the most basic amenities. 1) no tea or coffee in the room. Nope, not a kettle, a coffee maker, or anything. 2) no extra pillows or blankets in the room. 3) it’s great to have a porch with chairs but if you can’t sit on the chairs because they don’t have cushions it’s a complete waste. And finally, if a guest requests a late check out please explain why it’s being declined. So overall it’s just average and not really worth the price.

Would highly recommend Kavia Hotel do Largo as the perfect place for your stay in Cascais. Our room was on the top floor and had a wonderful balcony complete with spa. The hotel is in the heart of Cascais, close to many restaurants & shops, an easy stroll along the main promenade and also easy to walk to Boca do Inferno - a must at sunset. The hotel staff were very friendly and nice that breakfast was included. Thank you for making our first trip to Cascais brilliant!

It's in a great location in Cascais, right near the beach and plenty of restaurants and shopping areas. But it is quite loud at night due to all the partying nearby, so it's better if you're there on vacation or you don't mind the noise.

While it is a little loud at night it’s still a great place to stay. Super clean and friendly staff! Breakfast was also great

The hotel is in a great area with lots of restaurants and shopping. The staff was very friendly. The room was simple and nicely decorated. Great value for the price.

The staff were lovely, and the location is bang in the middle of town, but our room was eye level with the street so we couldn’t open our window, so our room was pitch black the entire time. As well as this, the place next door and surrounding streets were an absolute party zone all night long until 3am. The music was SO loud. Not a peaceful hotel, and barely slept the entire time we were there. Never again.

Sweet place…but loud partying outside after 11 pm
Great location in terms of proximity to the beaches and the restaurants. A really great hotel during the day…windows open onto the square with restaurants and shops. We loved having our windows open in the evening to enjoy the ambience…music was luv’ly until 11, then four of the restaurants become party bars around 11 until 1:30/2:00 am…and it’s LOUD. If you’re going out at night…won’t be a problem for you. We didn’t have to be anywhere early, so just laughed through it. Staff were fantastic and friendly. Hotel is clean and modern. Great shower with unlimited hot water! Super easy walk from the bus station and the train station.

The hotel is at the heart of the center of Cascais. Close to the beach and restaurants. The tradeoff is that it is very loud and right next to a bar which plays music well into the night. On this basis, we would not stay here again.

Hotel was clean and staff were nice, but there is music playing in the street EXTREMELY LOUD until 2am every night. Even with the windows closed and earplugs in it was like the music was in the room with you. We were unable to sleep each night until the music ended. Our air conditioning broke one night and the front desk said there was nothing they could do. Would not recommend this hotel.
