We had a great experience at this hotel. Very small building but we loved that aspect. It is connected to a parking garage so we did hear some noise but we didn’t mind because we were out and about pretty much all day. Staff was great, room clean, and the location was fantastic. We took the subway from the airport to the hotel which was about 20 mins and the stop was directly across the street. We walked pretty much everywhere around Lisbon and there are endless dining options. Would highly recommend.

Very universal breakfast, you get what you need and more to start the day. This is not a conventional hotel and that is what makes it unique. The negative thing is that they don't have irons in the rooms, as international travelers you relay in hotels to provide what you need.

I like that it is a boutique hotel with limited guests staying at one time - so it’s quiet I also like the breakfast - it was nice and fresh and enough seating For the most part he staff was very kind and accommodating to our needs. The bathrooms in the room could have been cleaned better, toilet paper stocked regularly and sheets and towels changed regularly. I was upset bc the first day we arrived from the US at 10:30 am and we could not get in 1 of the 3 rooms booked - we had to wait until 4 pm to check in after being up all night - the girl at the desk said she would call me when the room was ready and she never did. Then we tried to grab a quick bite at the hotel and the same girl at the desk said we could eat the breakfast then a skinny French lady kicked us out! We paid for 3 rooms for 7 nights and the tiny breakfast was too much to let us have the morning we arrived. That was in bad bad taste!

Room itself was good but couldn’t sleep for all four nights. Between the hammering and constant construction, the sound of police sirens and the voices in the hallway with the door having no sound proofing we were basically able to only sleep a few hours per night. Do not recommend if you are trying to get rest
