The staff at this hotel is excellent. I give them high marks. The condition of this property is run down and shabby and definitely in need of an upgrade. The furniture in our room is old and needs to be replaced. The kitchen was not well equipped, no cooking utensils. The pool area and landscaping of the property could use an upgrade. The sofa in the lobby needs to go to the trash bin. Whoever owns this property needs to look at doing some serious upgrades. The staff should not have to deal with furniture that’s literally falling apart. The apartment is spacious. Furniture shabby and I need a replacement. Bedding and towels were fine.
