They won't give me my refund I'm owed for the second night...it's been a week when most hotels post refunds right away.... and were not even open at front desk when I was supposed to check in but expected me to haul luggage somewhere else to check and haul it back when their front desk was supposed to be open. Pitiful.

Never experienced the hotel charging the customer for a packet of shampoo until I stayed at this hotel. We ran out of toilet paper two nights out of three. Gave us only one hand towel for two of us each day.
