We had a lovely room with a nice outdoor terrace area - all very clean and comfortable. The Inn is in a fabulous location overlooking the beach and near to the ferry. It is also next door to the Whale Tooth pub which did great evening meals. The hostess recommended Dot's diner for breakfast, a 2-minute drive up the road and it was excellent. Lincolnville is a great location for visiting various places, including Acadia National Park and Fort Knox and the bridge observatory, highly recommend...

Very friendly staff, room was large with excellent amenities. Flavoured water, cookies and coffee offered at certain times of the day and complimentary breakfast welcomed. Very convenient location. You got used to the church bells after the first night and it was handy to know the time actually. Restaurant on roof - what a view and wonderful staff again and excellent food. Lovely bookshop across the road.

2 queen beds, light snacks and water in the room on arrival, had everything needed in the room. The shower had a seat attachment if needed - our young kids took advantage of a sit down shower. Spacious room and fab location - walkable to central Camden. There is a common area - not just one room but many incl. books, games and a fully stocked kitchen. We didn’t use it much as only stayed the one night but looked good for longer stays or if arriving late and restaurants are closed.

Magnificant property, very friendly Inkeeper that made us feel very welcome. Most delicious pie and amazing breakfast. We woke up with the smell of baked bacon, amazing! Only negative thing we could think of was bath/shower that was a little unconvenient to use.

The location, cleanliness, decor and staff were great but our room was quite cold due to the windows, they were very draughty, the wooden blinds rattled intermittently and there was a biting cold wind. The air heater was good but the room became cold when it went off and as the bed was very close to the window there was a permanent draught over the bed so we requested an extra blanket

Lovely location right on bay. The room had been refurbished to a lovely standard. Convenient for both Rockland and Camden.
Also vegetarian indian food available on site on a weekend which was lovely.
