"The Excellent: Parking was ample, the office staff was excellent, place was clean, pool was large and indoor and warm. View from our room was AMAZING! PRIVATE beach that wasn't crowded and only accessible to those staying at the condos. The Good: The front room area and bedroom areas where larger than expected and well designed. Kitchen was stocked with almost anything you might need to make a meal. Full sized appliances were great (except dishwasher). The not so good: neighbors above us were extremely loud. Literally heard loud thuds and running noises NONSTOP for hours. Pull out couch mattress was not very comfortable, but we made due. Walk down to the beach was a short but difficult walk down lots of steep stairs and once at the bottom a sandy path that ended with a short but steep sand inclined few "steps". BE ADVISED, the path down to the ocean is NOT for anyone that is not completely stable on their feet. Anyone with even slight mobility issues will not make it down to the ocean safely. Overall: This place was amazing and would highly recommend. I would definitely stay here again. "

"The new staff there are very nice and upbeat. Never was bothered and the stay there is very relaxing. There are no freezers in the room but there are refrigerators. The location is perfect for the little ones. I will definitely be making it back there again next year! Year 8 and counting! Don’t forget to find Ivan the “crab daddy” and buy a crab trap, he’s usually on the beach in front of Mo’s "
