"Stayed in a 3 bedroom villa (Rinca) which was just such a lovely experience. We were made breakfast every day which was delicious, and we often got Anyar cooks to prepare meals for lunch or dinner. I have contacted Bali authorities as this place is beyond dirty and is refusing to give refund. Scammers. Hotels.com is just twiddling their thumbs and saying its upto the hotel to issue refund. They are advertising such a dirty place but still the hotel gets to scam! All of the pictures you see are several years old. "
