"Our first room was very dirty and the head board was completely broken from the wall. I brought this to the attention of management and they promptly moved us to an upgraded room that was very clean. I appreciated the quick resolution. The complimentary cooked hot breakfast and omelette station was also very nice. "

Pretty quiet for the most part except the people next door. For some reason they gave me an adjoining room. People across the hall smoking pot. "Holiday Inn is always my go to hotel as the process of checking in and the complimentary breakfast is good. This particular Holiday Inn had a very good scent, like it just smell good and you an smell that walking around. "

"This particular Hyatt Regency is in a terrible need of complete renovation. The room I stayed in had HVAC issues and plumbing problems. Tacky old decor makes a place very unpleasant looking. There are better options in the area."
