The cutest little overnight stay - the most hospitable owners. Room very comfortable. Good breakfast.

Junior suite tastefully decorated with nice finishes. Lots of old timbers used sensitively to create an old feel chalet with really modern amenities Big enough to suit a family with bunk beds as well as main bedroom. Large lounge and enormous outdoor terrace with city and mountain view. Staff were super friendly and welcoming.

We found the hotel really good. Obviously comfortable, the real difference is how friendly and useful the staff are. We loved the sumptuous breakfast and the spa is great! Thank you.

Staff couldn’t have been more accommodating, super clean, incredibly convenient for getting anywhere in 1850 - would 100% recommend!

The Hotel was really cute and in good location. The service was EXCELLENT, from the reception desk to shuttle drivers and cleaners. Our room was really lovely very alpine vibe! The reception desk were very good at helping us to book restaurants or with suggestions! Definitely will stay again

Great hotel in a great location in Val-d'Isère, large car park with easy access to the hotel. Very helpful staff, friendly and knowledgeable for places to visit in the town. The bar and bar staff were great with games and cards available. The gym is tiny and can only hold three people before it’s full. The hotel is in close walking distance to local bars and restaurants. The hotel was generally good and everything was well catered for. The staff were excellent from the moment we arrived and took time to get to know us and learn our names so they could greet us personally each time. What really stood out though was on the last day my wife broke her leg and ended up in hospital and the hotel were fantastic shuffling bookings around around I could remain in the room for as long as needed and dealing directly with my insurance so I didn’t have to worry about...

Excellent ski family stay at beautiful hotel ..from arrival till departure everting and everyone was just super ..it’s really super hotel more like 5 star cotage on top of mountain .. definitely will be back

We spent our honeymoon here in January and it was fabulous. We had a room overlooking the slopes and the outdoor pool, which I'd recommend. It truly is ski-in, ski-out, which makes it v convenient. We did half-board and ate most nights in the 2Mille3 restaurant and once in La Laiterie. I'd thoroughly recommend both. Breakfasts were also lovely. This hotel is run by one of the most professional staff teams that I have ever encountered. Without exception every employee that we dealt with went out of their way to be helpful and courteous. It seemed that nothing was too much or too difficult if it meant the guests enjoyment of the hotel was increased. In addition extra touches such as laying out your skis out in the snow ready to jump straight on, or serving your dinner in the lounge so as not to miss the world cup game were greatly...

Very welcoming staff at the hotel with a super-friendly dog called Neige (he is a gentle giant, Bernese Mountain dog, very docile and is only around in the afternoon :) ) We used the hotel as a base to hike around the Aussois area over a long weekend in August.
