"Team of staff are attentive, professional and helpful. Shirley sun from house keeping has kept our stay very comfortable. She provides excellent service. The staff at the cafe during voco time gave us excellent service and we were about to order Chinese food to consume on top of our complimentary high team. The young man, can't remember his name at the counter could even recognize us as regular customer and help us with the menu our last day there."

From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm and welcoming, eager to help with anything I needed even if they don’t speak English but we managed with translation app. I have been to several countries with much bigger hotels but never had this much great experience. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with a comfortable bed and all the amenities I required and they were cleaned everyday .Breakfast was great I enjoyed a lot it was perfect. But need to add black coffee, regardless there is Late coffee available. But what truly made my stay stand out was the exceptional service. The staff were friendly, efficient, and went above and beyond to ensure I had a wonderful stay. From recommending local attractions to arranging transportation, they were always happy to help. I will like send a big thank for the front desk guys. You guys amazing.💚💚💚💚 The hotel's location was also perfect, close to local restaurants and shops, yet quiet enough to ensure a restful night's sleep. There is a big whole sale market for clothes shopping. The rooftop was amazing especially at night. They will even provide tea while your stay. Overall, I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-run hotel with excellent service. I'll definitely be back!" "

"As always, my stay at Intercontinental Foshan was incredibly pleasant. Thanks to Javin at front desk, restaurant waiter Wells, front desk Annie, lobby reception, Lilian, breakfast room, Miu and Mandy. A hotel can be clean, well located, reasonably priced, etc. These are things we expect from a 5* hotel but the people are what makes one hotel stand out from another. The standards followed by the people at this property are unparalleled elsewhere. "
