Much to my surprise, we were upgraded to a suite upon arrival. The room was massive, bigger than my previous apartment. All the amenities were provided although it would be nice to have a Nespresso machine but for the price paid, no complaints there. Breakfast had a good selection and enough to get you started for the day. Great location. Staff were very helpful. Took advantage of the self serve laundry facilities, you need a local phone number to use the app but you can always call reception and they will send someone up to help you. One night they provided hot Chinese soup in the room. Overall a great stay

The bed was lumpy n slightly sunken. Need to upgrade the mattress. The front office staff Shawn was excellent...very helpful,efficient and friendly. The other 2 guys Eden and Wyman were helpful/friendly too. The room was spacious and well cleaned. It was quiet too. Thank you to all of you!

There are some nice food joints nearby within walking distance! Gym was well equipment but unfortunately it’s not 24/7, laundry services could’ve been improved in my opinion. Staff are very friendly, Ma’am Tracy Chen was very kind and helpful during our checkout when waiting for the Didi, it was a good stay.

The hotel is located in the historical part of the city. Very local environment. Cleaning was good (every day). The staff spoke English and were very helpful with everything. Breakfast buffet was very good. The gym is small, but has everything. Swimming pool was closed for winter (it is an outdoor swimming pool On the roof). Overall this hotel is a good value
