I don't usually write reviews, but we were so impressed by this hotel that we booked to return later in the year, the same day that we got back. It was such a beautiful location and building, and the weather was perfect to enjoy the stunning garden with a really lovely cocktail. it was so convenient for the central London activities we had planned, and it was great that there was a fridge in the room as well.

Everyone was helpful there. We lost our luggage key and maintenance helped getting the lock off. We enjoyed the central location. Several homeless people in the area, but not an issue. Still felt safe. There was a police command post nearby.
