"English language was limited by the hotel staff,but they were always friendly, helpful and welcoming. Check in/out was smooth and without any difficulty or concern. Only thing to be aware of is that they hold your passport for the duration of your stay, but that did not concern me and I got mne back without any issue. Overall a pleasant and comfortable stay. "

"This is my second time staying here. There is a convenience store and a cafe on the first floor, so it is suitable for long-term stays. I will use it again next time I stay in Ho Chi Minh City."
