"The hotel appears to be a new hotel. The physical appearance is excellent. The room had plenty of space and was very clean. The staff was excellent and very helpful. The restaurant and the bar are very good. The hotel is located in a very good neighborhood. The hotel is very close to a metro stop (Cartagena) so you don't have to be in the city center to see the tourist sites, and you can spend some time in an authentic neighborhood. Getting to the airport by taxi takes about 20-30 minutes, and taxis frequently make rounds to the hotel. We didn't have to wait long to get a taxi to the airport when we left. "

"The room was clean and tidy. Also very quiet give the street location. We would have preferred a king bed instead of two beds pushed together as these didn’t have a sheet that covered both either so you could fall though. Location was great, near a metro and the Ventas Bullring. Would stay again"
