"The one bad experience I had here was when I went into the onsite restaurant "Cueva del Mar." The so-called hostess at the customer greeting station was INCREDIBLY RUDE. Didn't bother to even look up at me, just continued playing on her smart phone. No smile, nothing. I simply asked to see a menu -- of which there was pile of them right behind her -- and this girl motioned to a bar code in front of the stand. I asked for a menu (again, RIGHT BEHIND HER) and acting as if it were an imposition, she slowly turned around, grabbed on, and thrust it at me, without a single word. THIS DOES LITTLE TO HELP THIS HOTEL, EXCEPT FRUSTRATE CUSTOMERS. Something should be done to adjust her foul, inexcusable attitude."

"Only have 3 complaints. Lack of hot water for the shower, inability to charge to room from Kumo, and guests need to be able to use beach chairs and umbrellas passed 5pm. Love the location and design of spaces, and its smells wonderful. We will be back. "
