"Upon arrival , staff greeted us with complimentary champagne and beverages . Lovely , luxurious and beautiful large hotel . Notified Denisse about the birthday celebration . She and staff went above and beyond to make this occasion SPECIAL. Room service brought gourmet dessert , balloons , and a card . The lovely beach area and pools were picturesque. Full gym and spa . Room was the perfect size , bathroom modern and shower pressure excellent . Room cleaned frequently during outings , robes provided during stay and relaxing king size bed . Choosing to stay at this hotel is a no-brainer . Didn’t disappoint, worth every penny . Thank you !!"

"Only thing I did not like was the shower, old and needed rehab, everything else was great. The lobby has a wow factor along with the pool. You could enjoy a lot at just the hotel including snorkel, paddle boarding, scuba etc And even beach. Then just do other stuff around old San Juan to get a taste of the local environment."

"The property and staff were wonderful. You had to take a taxi or Uber to experience the local street food & seafood near the beach. Only chain restaurants were available in walking distance. Couldn’t find any quaint shops or local pubs."

"We have a wonderful stay. We were traveling for a girls trip birthday celebration and when I tell you the staff did everything possible for us to feel safe free and comfortable. They did exactly that beautiful room view pools and food were great. It’s a most stay. "
