I tried explaining that i booked this trip for my daughter's gymnastic competition, but my daughter got hurt/ injury on March 4th. When i tried to contact someone about the situation, i was only able to talk to AI system, not live person. That led to us unable to cancel with at least some refund. I was charged that night of stay without being there..."
