Staff displayed courteous and good customer service skills. Bed was comfortable. Shower was great! Bathroom floor wasn't very clean (when wiping up a spill the washcloth came up very dirty around the toilet). Enjoyed the Friday night meal and Saturday breakfast in the lobby. Everything stood out! The staff was professional and friendly, the site was clean and well kept, the indoor pool and hot tub were well maintained, the room was spacious, comfortable and affordable, the location was convenient if a little noisy since it’s right next to the freeway and train, and the food/drinks provided for breakfast and the snacks hour were well stocked, tasty and fresh!!
