"We were less than a block from the beach. Although the room was small, it was painted light and felt airy and roomy. The only downside was the shower. It was tiny, which is manageable, but the rain shower head made it so there was no place in the shower you weren't getting wet. There was not a shelf for soap or anything and the door wouldn't close. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay."

"We stayed for a long weekend and had no problems or issues at all. The guest house provided parking vouchers for £15 for 24 hour parking on most of the local streets, we parked outside the property. The room was clean and plenty big enough for two, with lots of tea and coffee provided. Everything is within 5 to 10 minutes walking distance, the pier, town, bars and restaurants. Perfect!"

"Excellent value for money , room was large, large comfy bed with TV and sofa. Mini kitchen with kettle,sink,hob,microwave and fridge. En suite bath with shower. Towels provided.I only booked for the one night but would have happily stayed a week. Yes there was the odd hair and a bit of dust in places but on the whole it was clean. Its a bit dated but wouldn't expect anything less being an old building. I'd definitely be booking again."

"The room was lovely, the staff called as soon as we checked in to see if we checked in okay which was nice. If you looked out the window to the right you could see the sea. It was in a very good location. Cafes, bars and more right down the road! Difficult with parking but managed to find a carpark two streets down for £20 for 24 hours. Overall it was a lovely place for a little getaway, me and my partner really enjoyed ourself! "

"Our stay at the East Beach Guesthouse was fantastic! The owners Rich & Mark were so welcoming to us & our dog! The guesthouse is right on the beachfront with parking just across the road (free parking pass given to us on arrival) & the guesthouse is beautiful. Great comfy bed, the room was spotless, great views, tea, coffee, biscuits, dog treats & a lovely breakfast served in the guest lounge. "It was lovely , modern, clean and a lovely location. The view is great (if you have a balcony.. The others without are on the side) The room does get hot. Ceiling fan and standing fan. So if you dont have a balcony you can't get much air in. We had a balcony. It was noisy due to road works and some apparent drunk people at night shouting!! It is well equipped.. Like iron, dishwasher, oven, fridge etc. No one cleans though whilst we were there.. 3 nights. Pleasant staff... The best is.. In...

"We had an overnight stay here and the apartment exceeded expectations. Spotless throughout and very tastefully decorated, it was perfect for our family (couple and toddler). The host was incredibly helpful and responds to messages quickly. The access was easy and the sofabed was the comfiest bed I have ever slept on! Would highly recommend and look forward to another stay soon, thank you."
