"My wife and I enjoyed our stay as the staff was friendly and helpful. The only issue we had was getting our room cleaned. The hotel cleans rooms every other day. Since we didn't need any cleaning service for a few days, we had the do not disturb tag on our door. We then took the tag off the door and even after a couple of days the cleaning staff never came to our room. I notified the hotel desk about it and they had a member of the cleaning team come to our room to clean it. Issue solved!"

"The hotel mentioned it was a smoke-free place, but smelled heavily like cigarette smoke during our stay. The bathroom shower curtain also smelled badly of mildew and needs to be replaced. This was in both of our rooms as a group. All of our key cards kept deactivating, even when we kept them away from phones and other cards. We ended up needing to reactivate them a few times during our 3-night stay. Breakfast was also unfortunately closed, which we were a little disappointed with. "

"Know that you have to pay for linens exchange. All cookware has to be paid for as well. Slightly sketchy but good if you need somewhere to sleep while on the road. The staff is not available after a certain time and aren’t available until late morning. Rooms are mostly clean, but bed and bedsheets/comforters are very thin. Almost emergency blanket quality. Ok for the price, but definitely not a frequent stay."

"Nice one-night stay here. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Breakfast had lots of options and was excellent. Pool and hot tub were nice. We especially liked the lobby, which had a drink station and books and games for kids."

"A hotel I will not visit again! It was under construction. No coffee in the morning and Ng. Restaurant and bar closed. The hot tub had one (1) jet working and temperature of the water was cool! The rooms were clean. The beds had no blanket but a thin duvet lined with cotton balls inside that has been washed hundred times. Not a basic warm blanket. The bathroom was very modern and nice.!The curtains needed to be clean. Lastly I couldn’t get the TV channel selection. So, I gave up! Hope you find this helpful for future clients.!"

"Things they cannot help: it's an old building, with VERY thin walls. We were privy to our neighbors conversations, whether we wanted to be or not. Things they CAN help: Filth and misleading advertising. First our room was filthy. The baseboard was peeling away from the wall, with nails exposed, it had clearly not been even vacuumed (as evidenced by debris and prior customers key card on the floor), the bathtub/shower was moldy and filthy, the door of the fridge was sticky. We ended up wiping down every surface with lysol wipes - but the tub was too much for those to handle. Next - they only provided 1 partial toilet roll. (Really). I didn't think much of it until we discovered (at 3am) that there was not a "next roll", and then we ran out of tissues. In the hallway leading to our room, there's a door, off the hinges. Just leaning into a room of some sort. What's up with that? "Oh yeah, it does that." Also, the outside door near our room stopped working. When I notified the front desk the response was "oh yeah, that happens". Excuse me? That is an unacceptable response, and if you know it's an issue and are awaiting repair, put a note! If you're such a crappy hotel you're not bothering to repair it, still, leave a note! So inconsiderate. Luckily we're not handicapped, but there are handicap parking spots, so those people are unlikely to be able to walk all the way around to the front when the door doesn't work. Second, the advertising makes it sound like it's walking distance"

"I recently stayed at this hotel for two nights, and overall, it was a very pleasant experience. The property is new, clean, and visually appealing, which made for a comfortable and welcoming stay. My room was well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt modern and inviting. Breakfast was decent, but there’s definitely room for improvement. The selection was somewhat limited, and the quantities seemed to run low at times. Expanding the options and ensuring items are replenished more consistently would really elevate the morning experience. One noticeable drawback was the temperature in the common areas. They were uncomfortably warm, which made spending time outside the room less enjoyable. Adjusting the climate control in those spaces would make a big difference. Despite these minor issues, this is a very nice hotel with great potential. With a few adjustments, it could easily become an excellent place to stay. I would consider returning in the future."
