8/10 Good
Good location close to town centre- bit of a walk to the university campus though. Ample parking, friendly staff, breakfast was simple but available a little beyond the advertised times - which was great as the breakfast room was too small for the number of guests. Free coffee, tea, juice and apples 24/7 was a great touch too!

What truly made the experience exceptional, though, was Jess and her mum - the host. She was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and genuinely friendly. Her hospitality really stood out and made my trip even more enjoyable. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would...
