"Great breakfast, early check in, mostly nice staff!! "

"We stayed during a period of renovations so we couldn’t use the gym and the dining area/ bar was under construction. The pool did not look clean so we didn’t use it. However, the location was amazing. The staff was so kind and helpful. The room was amazing, clean and spacious. We loved having a kitchenette. The bathroom was amazing and the shower was so big and spacious. We really loved our stay here."

"This was my third Homewood Suites I have stayed at this month. This was one that had a little less amenities and overall quality but was still a good stay. Things were clean, there was breakfast included. However, the shop did not carry as many things as I am used to and the amenities in the room were not there (i.e. toothpaste, etc.)."

"This location is in need of a renovation. Staff was friendly, creepy people around location, not within walking distance to food. Pool water was cloudy and the pool area smelled "off". Carpets in public areas look as if they had not been vacuumed in awhile. The room linen was clean,the floors and desk area had things stuck on them (food maybe?) The counter in the bathroom was busted apart where the kleenex should go. Only part of the lights in the room worked. Upon arrival we found the window unlocked and easy to open far enough for someone to come through. The breakfast was substandard for this hotel brand. As we were leaving a homeless man went in and swept all the pastries into a bag and walked out. There was also one man that was giving creeper vibes loitering out front on a bench. We found out the next morning that he had tried to follow some female guests into their rokms the night before. Overall, if you decide to stay here, keep your head on a swivel and be aware of your surroundings. Ok location for guys that are ready to throw down or who are big enough to protect themselves. Not recommended for familes or single female travelers unless you have a means of protection with you."

"First of all they did not have a room when I arrived and also told me that my card was declined by hotels.com which I new was not right. After chatting with a rep from hotels.com which I had to do standing at the check in window where there are no chairs (I am disabled and have the use of only one hand) the clerk finnaly said something in not very good English and handed me a key thru the slot in the window. I went to the room which had no tv, no towels and the heat/ac did not work. I was exhausted from the day so I played down on one of the beds and tried to rest for a while. There was all kinds of commotion going on in the parking lot so that did not work. Finnaly I just got back in my car and drove on to the place where I had a meeting and napped in my car until time to see who I was there to meet. I stay in a lot of hotels and honestly I have never experienced anything like this before. Especially when I booked through this website. I have not looked yet to see how much I was charged or anything like that and it really does not matter. That particular hotel should not even be a option on the web site, I do not know how a hotel gets listed here but I would suggest that they do a better job of selecting the properties they list. I have 25+ years in the hotel and hospitality industry and I have never seen a property so poorly managed and maintained and still be allowed to have a license to operate. There is clearly a breakdown somewhere in the system."

"Overall very clean and tidy for the price, would’ve liked a mini fridge in the room and a later breakfast but it was the average hotel experience. No complaints."

"Pretty average. Clean. Bed ok. No washcloths. 2 towels. 1 hand towel. That's pretty sad. In house phone missing cord. Highway noise and hallway noise. Gaps around door frame enough to see shadows of people walking by. Had late checkout yet maid knocks on door at 10am.grrr. Decent area. Safe. Solid stay in spite of my gripes."
