"Our family loved the water park- it was awesome! However we were a little disappointed that we felt like the room wasn't taken care of. For instance, we had no hand soap, no paper towels, and no wash cloths. The instructions we were given were to text a number to request these things, and I texted them several times with no response. The room was good- we loved the screened in balcony for our kiddos, the pool and the ice cream shop; however, we just felt some basic things in regards to our room were not taken care of."

"Rooms a little dated. Staff put hard push to sit for vacation club presentation. Location is great and rooms were nice size. "

"Although lots of refurbishment was going on around the resort; we had an excellent stay. Our room was very recently renovated. The mini water park and pool side restaurant were right behind our building and both perfect for our young kids. All the employees were great."

"The first room they gave me when I checked in just opening the door to roaches on the bed, one on the bed and one on the law frame. Second one, they gave me the bed was fine. But the chair was disgusting, still dirty. I needed to sleep. So we stood with it, that's. I think it needs to be maintained more cleaned."

"We chose this resort because it was dog friendly and had plenty of amenities. It did not disappoint. There is plenty to do without leaving the resort. The building we were in was a little old but close to a pool so that was ok. We wish the mini golf stayed open later. Overall loved it and would stay again. "
