Really nice hotel with brilliant location on the lake. Stuff very helpfull.

Overall, we had a very nice trip. The atmosphere and decor were very nice, and the food was good. The hotel staff were all really wonderful. The location is away from other things, so plan on having to go a distance to eat or plan on eating at the hotel. Room was spotless, the bathroom exquisite and room service was amazing. Service and staff were outstanding!

Very central. Lovely courtyard. Special requests were met. Early check in and late check out provided. Staff were generally very accommodating.

I like the complimentary mini fridge

We had one evening meal which cost CHF400 for two people but as a...

Truly boutique hotel with very stylish rooms. Booked one night there but then booked extra night because it was too cool. Very good breakfast too.
